In the middle of a day under a sun that will never set, is where I live. Memories fade quick so I can’t say how I came to be here or where I was before. We’re together again after a long, long time and I’m happy and never want to leave. How it always was, before heartache before pain, before longing. No breeze stirs here, no tears ever fall from our eyes – no darkness threatens high noon, night never comes. Dad will never leave, mom will not grow old and sis and I play all day in the empty streets, nothing bothers us in our revelry.
Don’t envy the living, we pity you.
